How has practice been going this year?
Training has been going great. I’m looking forward to running my first 100m race on Saturday

Are you doing any special training for this Olympic Year?
I am working hard and following the programme from Coach Mills. It is similar to previous years.

How many times have you competed at the Jamaica Invitational?
2012 will be my sixth time to run at the meet.

How would you rate the Jamaica Invitational – the Fans, Track, etc?
I always love running in Jamaica – the track is fast, the weather is usually good and the fans are always great.

What are your expectations for this meet and the rest of the year?
My aim for 2012 is to defend my Olympic titles. I hope to run a good race on Saturday and execute the way Coach has told me to.

How many competitions would you want to have before the Olympic Games?
I will race in Kingston, Ostrava, Rome, Oslo, Jamaican Olympic Trials and Monaco ahead of the Games.

How did you utilize last years’ off-season downtime away from the track?
I used the break to relax and enjoy the things that I can’t always do. I also did some PR work for my sponsors.

Do you have any passions other than Track and Field?
I like watching other sports such as football and basketball.

After this years’ Jamaica Invitational, where will you be competing next?
Next race will be Ostrava.
